INTRODUCTION Every year the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology marks a milestone in its history, in terms of its of lifrete accomplishment, the elementary department under the present educational scheme has embraced a responsibility towards youth building for better quality of life. The Elementary Department plays an important role as provides of basic foundation of learning for molding the youth. It should develop in the child not only cognitive power, numerical manipulated skills, science literacy skills and social skills to enable him to contribute and share in the benefits of economics and social programs. This report covers the school year 2003-2004. It includes the graduates of March 2004 and the enrollment of June 2003. Its covers the following areas, Mission/Vision,Objectives, Highlights of the accomplishment and the list of tables for curriculum profile, Faculty Development, Enrollment, Graduates and students Services in the Elementary Laboratory School. |

 It is envisioned that the CFCST Elementary Laboratory School shall serve as the prime mover for the development of the potentials of the young children of adversity and underprivileged children by providing them the strong foundation of knowledge, training, and skills necessary to face the challenges in life and motivation to use these in the nobler and loftier ideas for sustainable future. |

MISSION  The CFCST Elementary Laboratory School shall dedicate its commitment and service to the Holistic development through strengthened instructional/ curriculum design that will suit the peculiar needs of the less fortunate and other disadvantaged children from Kindergarten to Grade six and to serve as training ground for the teacher education program of the college. |
